Our proprietary software is the foundation of the Sonos sound system and further differentiates our products and services from those of our competitors. We update and enhance our software on a regular basis, and, despite our quality assurance processes, software errors could be introduced in the process of any such update or enhancement. In addition, to date, all of our arrangements have been entered into on a royalty-free basis, and one or more of our partners may seek to charge us for this streaming in the future. We use a variety of strategies and techniques designed to identify cybersecurity risks and reduce the risk of unauthorized access to internal and customer confidential information and critical business systems and platforms.
